Dear Sir
I am the native dweller of Chandigarh, who lives in sector 8. The purpose of mine to penning down this epistle is to complain you about services of the local hospital, which were provided to us during the treatment of my daughter.
Last Sunday, suddenly my daughter had a severe pain in her stomach. Indeed, our family doctor was out of town, due to this reason, I immediately went to her to local hospital's emergency department. I told to the receptionist about my daughter's critical condition but she informed us to wait for sometime. Approximately, one hours was passed, the doctor was not come. Therefore, my daughter was crying with appendix pain but no one cares about her.
I again went to the receptionist, but she talks me very rudely and did not response me well. Fortunately, after four hours the doctor came and then he checked my daughter. Moreover, I feel very sad about the services of the hospital. As, we were in emergency department, but my daughter was checked after four hours of the arrival, which is very pityable. I feel very sorry to the plight of patients in the hospital's emergency ward.
I would be very grateful if you take suitable steps to solve this type of problem. Furthermore, these types of problem should address as early as possible, so that no one can face this type of problem in the future.
