What factors are important in achieving happiness?
Being happy in life is one of the most significant issues in many individuals' lives. Giving a specific definition of happiness is difficult but still, there are some needs that meeting them help us to achieve happiness and accomplishment in our life.
Describing happiness is difficult not because of complexity but because of various type of definition presented by each person. It is obvious that every person has its own experience of happiness and different people feel differently on any specific occasion. For example, one might find happiness in being with family and friends and spending much more time with them but others prefer to spend their time alone or working hard for more achievement which makes them feel content. Thus, it is all about experiences and personalities of people.
Although it is difficult to define the happiness precisely, there are some well-known factors which help people to feel more cheerful in life. First of all, healthy and active lifestyle help people mentally and physically to have a happy life which leads them to be more productive and achieving life expectancy. Second of all, wealthy life could partially help people to have a well-being life. For example, a person, who can afford to buy presents for his loved ones, absolutely has experienced more content.
To conclude, Happiness is the most essential feeling in everybody's life and it is difficult to describe it because its definition has changed from person to person but healthy and wealthy life could be considered as an assistant for achieving more well-being in life.
