Although, your advertisement and tickets highlighted that the maximum weight limit of luggage is 15 Kilos per person, to my surprise the employee at the counter argued that limit is only 10 Kilos, as a result, I have been charged extra for the remaining luggage. Moreover, I have not been given a charge receipt for the payment I have done.
I would like you to take an stringent action on this person, as he was very rude and not cooperative to the customers. Despite the misleading advert, I would demand to refund the expenses of my flight ticket and excess baggage cost in a lawful manner.
