I am writing this letter to pay your attention which is the lack of ample bus service caused Milford district inconvenience so I hope you can imporve it positively for all the residents around here.
The major problem of operational bus-time services are not punctual over the last two weeks. Due to peak time in working day, I have to wait more that 45 minutes to catch the bus and people are overcrowed in the queue after long waiting. As a consequence, I hardly get on the first one bus so to be last to reach the office happened several time on me. Apart from that, bus driver passed by the stop without seeing us to wave it, which I believed there are some visibility problems caused him or her recklessness.
Irregularities schedule of the bus service bothers me a lot so recovery scheme can be delivered from your side. Firstly, more bus services need to opearte in this area, rearrange the schedule to meet the peak time requrement is another operation. Secondly, a stop light could be installed for waiting people to indicate bus drivers while approaching the bus stop.
