Dear Sir,
I am writing to draw your attention towards the irregular bus service in my area, which has become a concern for the people availing the facility on regular basis.
I daily commuted to work using bus number 6 and that was the best option for me till now due to its exact arrival time. However, I have observed that since last 15 days the bus do not arrive at its time and the people have to wait long. Surprisingly, last Friday bus was not seen even after waiting for 30 minutes and eventually the people had to choose other mode of transport to reach their destinations. Indeed, this has become a big headache for every one.
As it is very irregular these days, I have stopped using this public facility. I have to depend on private transport, which is expensive for me. In this case, despite the government has provided the facility, I am not able to take its benefit. I am sure this would have created same problem for others as well.
I would ask you to take proper action by training the staff such that bus reaches the stop on time and country people can take adequate advantage of the public transport. I expect that you would do needful at the earliest.
