Dear Manager,
I like to draw your attention to my computer problems which I have been handling from last week. Due to the technical glitch, I am really unable to perform my task efficiently.
Though the computer in the HR department seems to be a little bit outdated, I have hardly managed to work from it from the last month. The problems are continuous interruption while saving and opening the file . Sometimes I am afraid whether the other important documents will fade away. There are so many tasks to be completed this month like performance appraisal of senior and junior staff, remuneration and festival allowances, duty roster of support staffs etc .
I have tried several times to find out the exact problem but it is not my cup of tea. therefore I would like to request you to have a final look at the problem and provide me the best working environment so that I can show my work efficiency without any hindrance.
