Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my computer problem that I am currently experience. you know that, I have 2015 old model laptop with windows 7 installed on it. You were aware that I was working from home for today and tomorrow as I am not feeling well, however I am not able to connect my laptop with company’s remote control application.
All of my working files are stored in common shared drive of company and I am unable to access the same due to connection issue. Due to the same I am not able to work on my deliverable which are due tomorrow. Further, some of my completed working files are saved in common path which are supposed to be shared today with offshore client however same are inaccessible to me.
I would suggest you to extend the deadline for tomorrow’s task and I will execute it by tomorrow and share with you for review and will send day after tomorrow for the same. For the items due today, would request you to have a look and directly share with offshore party.
