You are aware that I have been working in the Procurement Department for the past seven years. Recently, I have realised that I have not been able to be as productive as I would like to be. Because of my long years of association in this department, I feel that the tasks have become routine and boring. Therefore, I request you to transfer me to the Customer Care Department.
I have always seen Customer Care Department as the front face of our office and I believe it is a highly important Department. Moreover, I feel that I am suited to be in this new department as I am extremely good at communication skills. I also feel that I will get motivated in my new job which will make me productive and creative. Overall, I think it helps our company to have motivated and energetic workforce.
