I am one of the participant due to attend in the training programme in UK and would like to express my willingness to be acted as social event organizer in the group.
In the past, I had organized many social gatherings similar to this kind of events and recently organized Christmas celebration event in the office is prime example to show my event arrangement capabilities. As I heard from many of my coworkers, it was one of the most successful social gathering organized in the history of our company. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and as an appreciation token, I had received a certificate from my senior management for the success of the event. Please refer attached copy of the same for your reference purpose.
If you select me as an event organizer I shall prepare a programme prior to our departure to the UK to discuss with you. However, in order to prepare this schedule I would like to receive details of budget allocation for the event and our full detailed programme of training. These are the critical details required to preplan activities of the social event. Furthermore, if you could advise facilities we can receive from our hotels at free of cost would ease the unnecessary expenses.
Again, I would like to reiterate my enthusiasm to act as a social event organizer in the group. I look forward to receive favorable response.
