I am writing this letter with regard to a conversation that I had with your staff and he said that we could not use the hall for our regular practice on Tuesday and Friday evenings. As you know it is about one month that our group has been practicing twice a week here to be more concerted and prepared for New Year's concert tour which will be held in couple of next months.
My team member and I made a decision to allot all income of this tour to victims and injured parties of Kermanshah's horrible earth quick.So they could build or renovate their ruined house as soon as possible by this remittance.
For achieving our goal, we arranged a new schedule that we can displace our days of practice and change them to on Monday and Thursday evenings. On behalf of all, I would thank you if it was possible that we could continue our practice in this equipped hall. I hope that our request does not cause you any inconvenience.
