The reason is associated with the purchase of my own home. My wife and I have recently decided that we should have a bigger apartment, because we found out that she is pregnant. On top of that our children need two separate rooms so that they do not disturb each other while doing homework. Therefore, we want to cease our contract before it is finished. It would allow us to pay the down payment.
I know that it was not part of your plan, but I beg you to understand our situation and meet us halfway. I look forward to your reply as soon as possible since it is necessary for us to arrange our leave.
