Dear Sir,
I am writing to keep into your notice about the loss of the new bank card which you have sent in a letter with the receipt. But unfortunately, it was missing by the time I have received the letter. When I opened the cover, I didn't find any card in the envelop.
Actually, the letter got delivered two days back, but could not notice it as I am not in the city. After coming back on today's morning referred all the posts got to me in last two days, then I came to know that the card was lost somewhere.
As the card was misplaced, I was worried about, whether it can be used by others and make transactions. If so, I want you take immediate action to stop the usage of it which saves my money from the hands of thief.
It would be appreciated, if you can provide me another new card with different number so that, I can use it for my further transactions.
I hereby look forward to hearing from you soon.
