Dear Maria,
Hope you and your family are in good health and spirits. I just thought of letting you know that I shifted to a new apartment last week and I'm so elated about it. You know very well that my previous hostel was a shared one and that I had to tolerate my annoying room mates who would talk over the phone all through the night. Moreover, it was very far from my work place and commuting to office was painful.
My new residence is in J.P.Nagar area which is just a 10-minute walk to my office. It's a very spacious double bedroom flat with a modular kitchen. It's on the 2nd floor and the view from the balcony is refreshing as there are plenty of trees on my street. However, the rent is slightly on the higher side since I'am the only inmate and I can compromise for the locality and privacy.
It would be great if you could come over here sometime and stay with me for a day or two. I guess weekends would be ideal for both of us. It's been a long time since we met and this could be an opportunity to catch up and spend some quality time with each other. Let me know your convenience. I'm eagerly waiting for your reply.
