Customer service executive has advised me that the bank has enhanced the banking services to their customers that everything it could be done through online banking instead of visiting the banking and standing on a long queue for any types of teller services. Therefore, I have selected the option online through my customer login to choose to issue me a new cheque book which has not delivered yet. This is really annoying as I am wait for it more than couple of weeks and I wonder how long will it still take it to deliver me. I request you to intervene in this matter to fulfill the request and also to identify the bottleneck so that other customer of you should not suffer the same.
