Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the unpleasant accident in your hotel. It happen on October 1st, when my family decided to stay there for two nights.
The problem is that the hotel left our room without the central heating. On arrival, the temperature outside was 25 degree above zero, but at night it fell below 10 degree. We woke up at 1:00 am, as soon as it became unbearably cold in the bedroom. Although I phone the reception, they told me that they could only fix it in the morning. Therefore, to keep warm, my family had to sleep in the clothing.
Nobody came to mend the central heading next day. As a result, I had to purchase a portable heater, but the manager informed that I would have to pay extra for the excessive use of electricity. In addition, we did not have hot water at all. As a solution, my wife resorted to heating the water in the kettle.
In conclusion, it is clear what difficulties my household experienced, while staying in your hotel. I am frustrated to have decided to spend time in that unlucky room. I would like you to give us compensation for this disappointment with hot water by both paying a full refund and apologizing personally.
