Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the car I rented from your company before one week.
My name is John Methew and I rented a Vegenar with number ABC0234 on the Twenty-Fifth of April. Unfortunately, the air conditioner stopped working as I reached the home.
While, I was driving to my house, suddenly I heard a deafening sound from the bonnet. I thought some serious problem occurred with the engine and I would not be able to reach the house. After some time, I felt extremely hot and realized that the issue is with the cooling system.
Naturally, after get back to home, I contacted your help-line number and registered a complaint. He gave me complaint number 23423 and informed that he will get the car repaired within 2 working days. One week had been passed but, the air conditioner is not been fixed yet. I am very much upset by your poor service.
In this regard, I want this car to be repaired within two working days, otherwise, I insist on a full refund of payment I made in advance of amount $150.
