Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complaint on the service which you provided on car rental, I am Venkat and hired a Toyota Innova 2015 model car from your agency on 1st April. I am not satisfied with the services which you have provided as i faced lot of issues.
Being an rental agency, you have promised me to provide break down assistant across country 24/7. But, No one from your helpline answered my calls, I seek the help from local mechanic and get the repairs done. Similarly, Car jumping while shifting gears. In addition to it, Engine heating after driving 50 kilometres as there is no Coolent fluid. All this repairs led me to spend around 40,000 rupees and I took all original bills as i would like to compensate from you.
The service which you provided is not acceptable and kindly let me know the mode of payment how you're gonna pay, So that i will send account details to you. I will be waiting to hear from you soon.
