Dear Tarannum
I am writing this letter to you as I seek your help in relocating myself to the head office our company which is in Manhattan, New York, for a short duration of six months.
I have come across a course, a six month Diploma in Application Design, being organised by none other than the tech-giant Google itself in the city of New York. The programme is going to commence next month, and I do not think I need to express its cruciality as it can help us steer the company in a new progressive direction. I intend to attend this course and its fortuitous that we have our head office in the same city. Therefore, i can attend the two hours long teaching session every evening after fulfilling my duties for the company throughout the working hours.
I assure you that my work here would not face any let down as I have trained my co-worker, Mr. Angelo Tucci, thoroughly and owing to his qualifying behavior, I am confident that he will be able to manage everything suitably.
Now all I need is an acceptance from the higher authorities and for that, I do not think there is someone else who can help me. I hope you understand my urge and can judge my prosperous attitude and I request you to put the matter upfront and aid me in gaining the approval.
I will be eagerly waiting for a prompt revert from you and as always, will be utterly grateful.
