I believe that this force in the accomplishing the projects is due to the lack of management in business department since they had delays in making the contracts and as a result we missed the valuable time to do the projects.
I would suggest you to cancel one of these projects or employ new people who are professional in computer engineering and are expert in Database administration, this will accelerate the work and the company will meet the deadlines in fulfilling the projects.
