Dear Sam,
I am writing this letter in response to the complaint raised about the disturbance that you are facing. You probably do not know that we recently started renovating our house, we are trying to change the interiors and base architecture. So there are some drilling in and around the place. This is the main reason of the noise
I do understand that you have elderly person at your home, I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the work. Although, we have permission from local authorities, still we are trying to find a best time to do the drilling and cleaning. As per the contractor, I have been assured that this will be completed in next 2 weeks.
To mitigate the issue, I have instructed workers to carry out all the noisy works between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to avoid the disturbance to other neighbors’. They assured that they will use the upgraded machinery to shun the sound to the possible extent.
