The barchart gives a detailed information of the population of overseas students graduating from various universities in 8 states across canada the last two years (2001 and 2006).

From the analysis it was observed that, New Brunswick ranked the overall province to graduate oversea students in both 2001 and 2006 at nearly 7% and 12% respectively, followed by Nova Scotia at the rate of 6.2% and 10.2% in the year 2001 and 2006 respectively. it can be seen clearly, that Alberta province university graduated more overseas students in the year 2001 at about 5.8% and significantly dropped to 4.4% in 2006. Moreso, British Columbia had a good significant increase in rate of overseas students graduated from 4% to over 12.4% in 2006 whereas, NwefoundLand & Labrado graduated 3.6% and about 7% in 2001 and 2006 respectively. Meanwhile Ontario steadily increased from 3% to 6% in 2006.

In comparison, it be observed that Manitoba and NewfounLand & Labrador had the same percentage of of overseas students graduated over the years at 3.2$ and 6.8% respectively. notably, Nova Scotia and British Columbia had equal rate of international students graduated in the year 2006 with 10.4%.

In conclusion, overall rate of overseas graduates cut across the eight provinces of canadian universities were more in the year 2006 than in the year 2001.
