In this time of period a large number of them are busy with working or travelling and this gap year is encouraged by one part of society. There are certain positive effects in this one year and one of the advantages is they can gain some life and work experience because when students work or travel they become more independent. For instance, during tour youths might develop their independence and self-confidence because in this kind of circumstance they usually travel without their family which would make themselves to feel mature. The second benefit side is young people could find easy to improve communication skill because during work hours they need to talk with many costumers which have various characters.
