You had recently joined a morning course but now you can’t continue as you have got a job. Write a letter to the course instructor explaining why you can’t continue the course, how it can be difficult for you to manage your job and the course etc.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am student of morning English class and writing this letter to inform that I would not be able to continue the class owing to job which I joined last week.

Last week I got the job offer from multinational company for warehouse supervisor role and because of immediate requirement, I was asked to join in the same week on Thursday 21st march 2018. Since my placement is in warehouse which is outside the city near to river bank, it takes at least one and half hour from town and In order to get in time, I start from home around 7:00 am.
I am very keen to complete this advanced English course but it appears that I may not be able to manage both as the classes finish around 8:00 am morning and by that it would be too late for me to depart for office. I tried to find out the other options like evening classes after 6:00 pm but I was informed that jobs is in shift and I may have to work in evening shift as well. Considering all the approaches, I decided to discontinue the class and concentrate on job. I would not ask for fee refund, nevertheless, I expect to adjust in future if I get chance to join the course again.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely
PAJA
