Ancient Electric Battery

Essay topics:

Ancient Electric Battery

Regarding the reading, vessels founded by archaeologist, seem not to be used as electrical batteries in ancient times due to three reasons. In contrast, the professor refuted all the author's reasons based on three concrete pieces of evidences.

First, that the vessels have been not attached to some relevant electricity conductors, based on what the reading claims is refuted by the professor. He states that since the vessels are founded by local people, not only were they not trained well, but also they were not aware of impotency of related metal wires. Indeed, they did not consider such material as an interesting one.

Second, the reading states that the similarity between above-mentioned findings and cylinders discovered in the ruins of Seleucia, gets archeologist to believe that it could be used for holding scroll of sacred texts. Quite the reverse the professor mentions that should copper originally design for scroll, it would adapt for other purpose after a while. The fact of the matter is that thanks to combination of iron and liquid, archaic people produced electricity.

Third, according to the reading while there were no devices that replied on electricity, there was no need for generating it either. The professor casts doubt on this issue by saying that this approach provides ancient doctors with the ability to stimulate muscles. To illustrate more, vessel was considered a magical power in the past as a consequence of medical advantages.
