Regarding the reading, the material within fossils founded by researchers, seems to be the remains of actual tissue of the animal, due to three reasons. In contrast the professor refuted all the author's reasons based on three concrete pieces of evidences.

First, that the hollows in the bone were related to the blood vessels were once located, based on what the reading claims, is refuted by the professor. He believes that it seems this phenomenon should be related to something else such as the residue of bacteria which colonize in dead body after long time. The fact of the matter is that their colony got organic material to leave behind.

Second, reading states that researchers get the sample of red blood discovered by microscopic examination. Quite the reverse the professor mentions that while the same samples were achieved in other species without vessel and so without blood cells, the red blood cell hypotheses is not convincing too. Indeed, the origin of such sample could be from reddish mineral rather than red blood cell.

Third, according to the reading, in case of Collagen, this reveals the evidence of main component of living bones tissue. The professor casts doubt on this issue by saying that the more the dead body remains, the less the Collagen lasts inside it. To illustrate more, should Collagen find in such experiment, it would be from the researchers’ skin who hand the bones during discoveries.
