Lastly, the lecturer maintains that it is unreliable that the scientists found that the dinosaur leg bond contained collagen. This is because collagen cannot sustain over 100,000 years, further the dinosaur disappeared 70 million years ago. Thus collagen not came from the dinosaur but came from the recent resources, such as scientists’ skins. This rebuts the author’s argument that the fact that collagen in the dinosaur leg bone indicates that it is the dinosaur’s.
