The article claims that scientist find that soft tissue in a fossil of T.rex and provides, which is probably is a remains of blood vessels, red blood cell, three reasons of supports. In contrast, the professor express that this reason is skeptical and hence refuses each of the author's reasons.

First, the passage claims that the soft tissue is to inside the small channels, which may were for blood vessel in fossil leg bones. On the contrary, the speaker opposite this point by saying that the soft tissue it is not necessarily blood, and can be other things. He sates that some bakeries can leaves a soft moist residual.

Second, the reading states that microscopic experiment of the fossil bones show that the tissue contains iron, which a vital material of red blood cell. Conversely, the lecturer refutes this point by expressing that iron may not originate of blood vessels. Hence, the reddish material can has different origination.

In the third place, the text expresses that a scientific test reveals that the bones contain collagen, which is a man component of living bones tissue. In contrast, the professor states that we have not collagen of T. rex, so we never can sure this material relates this animal. According to the professor, the collagen can relate the human skin, who carried the possible bones.
