University should receive same financial support as classes.
Nowadays student loans and tuition fee pressure is taking high percentage stress in most people life. Moreover, low quality knowledge is becoming tough issue in graduated students. These two sentences giving simple explanation of my personal view that both university and colleges should not receive equal fee for providing students social and sport activities. There are plenty of reason why I disagree with the statement but I would like to mention three main reasons.
First of all, everybody will agree that daily sport activity is essential for long living life. However, providing sport activity from university is complicated action due to its numerous type and choosing free time of students while arranging high number of classes. For example, every student have different free time and attitude for choosing sport activity. If a student have health issue his sport activity will be limited by few sports. Furthermore, there are students who have disabilities. By concerning this case, universities should not receive equal financial support as classes.
Secondly, most sport activity does not require academic abilities as general classes. It uses some types of equipment and simple DVD classes. For example, In my basketball class, I used to play with my friends mostly, without any special classes from my teacher. This example illustrating the idea that sports should not require more financial support.
Lastly, as I said earlier, studying in university is becoming business which earns a lot of money from students loan. Especially, these days higher the rank of the university, higher the tuition is becoming. In my opinion, higher tuition fee is including high qualified teachers and promising academic knowledge, not social or sport activity. If sport and social activity receive same amount of financial support, the tuition fee will increase by double amount. There are no people who will pay tuition such high tuition for those activities.
In conclusion, I have strong contrast with the statement that university and colleges should require equal tuition for sport and social activity.
