The maps illustrate how changes of the central library during 20 years.
Overall, the central library underwent a dramatic of changes, which can be seen the chairs and tables in the center of the library was reduced. However, the shelfs of children's books and reading room were replaced into lecture room and computer room.
In the north-west, the place for CDs, videos and computer games was transformed into the shelfs of children's fiction books, which can be use for storytelling events. Beyond the children's fiction books used to be the shelfs of adult fiction books but now was turned into the shelf of all reference books. Similarly, the reading room in the south-west today was diminished and made it to the computer room.
The tables and chairs was now erected to made land in the center of the library from the entrance. Children's book in the north-east and the enquiry desk in the south-east were transformed to lecture room and the cafe shop. In the middle of lecture room and the cafe shop today is the place to put adult fiction books, information desk and self-service machine, which was used to be the dult non-fiction books.
