Job satisfaction means having euphoria feeling about job. If a person having interest her/his job and enjoyed it, we say he
or she has job satisfaction.
Some of the experts believe that job satisfaction is an inner factor. Actually it is a type of emotional adjustment, it means if
a job makes pleasure moments for person he or she satisfied her or his job. But some of the expert believe that it is not
only a cause of satisfaction actually there are a set of different causes that male satisfaction feeling.
There are five dimensions about any job, this five dimension are important properties of job:
1- same job: it is include range of tasks that do it employees.
2- salary
3- access to a real opportunities for promotion.
4- colleges
5- boss
Result of the researches have shown us in recent years among of the Asian, European and American countries, there is most
satisfaction job in the Switzerland and it is of self confidence and power risk and job security in workplace. Most of the
change job happening in the India.
In our country conclude from the reports and statistics that, job satisfaction have not been review and analysis yet.Some of
the experts say useful work daily in our country is about half an hour!!
