To promote Indian Classical Music Inlaks India Foundation invites applications from young vocal musicians who want to pursue additional training with a musician or with artists from other areas of performance. Also, musicians who are undertaking performance-related research that enriches their own learning or practise.

Eligibility: The applicant must be practicing vocal music in the Indian classical tradition. Age should be under 30 years.

This award will enable young Indian researchers to interact with the American academic/scientific community and get first hand information of the developments taking place at the international level and acquaint themselves with new academic and scientific research methods and to participate in collaborative research projects.

Eligibility: The applicant should have a Ph.D. degree and is a permanent teacher. (Age limit: 40 years)

Prizes and rewards: Stipend of $3000 per month for 6 to 12 months and contingency grant of Rs 50,000 will be provided to the Fellows.

This is open to any student residing in India who starts an undergraduate or graduate degree programme between June 2015 and May 2016 at a college or university which is connected with TOEFL.

Eligibility: Students who are proficient in English with a valid TOEFL score and have demonstrated leadership skills and who is well-rounded with extracurricular activities, especially including community service.
