The graph and table below give information about water use worldwide and water consumption in two different countries.

The graph gives data on the amount of global water consumption by three main categories and the table shows these in two particular countries.
Overall, there was a rise in trends in both sectors and clearly, Brazil had much more water consumption due to the fact of having more citizens.
It can be seen from the graph that from 1900 to 1940, both industrial and domestic use had nearly the same proportion merely at a tiny proportion while there was a steady rise in agriculture moving up from 500 to 1000. After 1940, agriculture continued rising and stood at the top at 3000km3 in 2000. There was a slight increase in the two remains, industrial had the higher proportion than domestic use by approximately 700km3.
Regard the table, due to having a population denser than the Democratic Republic of Congo, water consumption per person in Brazil at 359, was much higher than that in the Congo, at only 8m3.
