The given pie charts depict some sources from which German and Nigerians first search for their news in a typical week. Overall, people who live in German tend to look for new information on newspaper and television. However, television and radio are the most accessible places for urban citizens in Nigeria with the same purpose.
One of the most prominent features of this data is that, while more than two fifths of German read newspaper to get information, in urban Nigeria the figure is over a tenth, at 13%. It is visible that both countries share the same pattern which is popular with viewing TV. Under one third of people in German use this media and is equally as a half compared with the proportion of Nigerians.
One major difference between German and Nigeria is that there is the apparent contrast of percentage in going to news through radio and Internet. Listening to the news on the radio is preferred by over twice people in Nigeria than in German.
