Road access to a city hospital

The picture describe the transformation to road leading to a City Hospital from 2007 to 2010.
Looking at the maps, it can be immediately seen that the entrance to City Hospital had undergone sinificant change during the period. The most noticeable change that the road witnessed is the apperance of two roundabouts and the seperation of car parking.
First of all, while Ring Road and City Road remained unchanged in both shape and location, Hospital Road had been added with 2 roundabouts in ends. Bus stops located across Hospital Road has been unified and enlarged into a big bus station in the West.
In addition, in 2007, car park for both staff and public were in same position in the East of Hospital Road. This was changed in next three years. While total area of old car parking was converted into staff car park, public car park was removed to the East of City Hospital.
