Governments should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.
Different with the speaker’s claim, I hold the view that government should try to make every admitted students have opportunity to receive university education but not free of charge. Government or universities should offer some helps to these students who cannot afford the tuition, and through this way, students can afford the expense of obtaining education by themselves.
