The some time in election ward has been change. so people in ward change. political leader has to think all kind of people in society such as muslim, hindu,punjabi etc. for ex if leader has privious ward is hindu minority, after partita ion of ward it move to muslim minority the leader has to change there aspect view of society. such kind of thing help him in there political carrier.
The youngster, women and men all three kind of people live in society. political leader has to think all point of view to manage people. ex for youngster need college, playground and class in there ward, women needs security in there area. such type facility have to keep in mind of political leaders.
