There are many ways to gain a successful career. People are in debating to choose which one is the better between taking a job straight after school and getting higher education. I believe that studying at university or collage is the best route to have a successful career.
On the one hand, when young people complete school, they get confused to get a job straight or continue study at university or college to gain more knowledge. Some people believe that getting a work straight after school is much better. Many reasons they choose to get a job after finishing from school which is always about money. They want to work to obtain money for their life. In terms their career, people working after school give a great deal of practice skills related to their current job. Thus, this may lead opportunities to get promotion and a successful career.
On the other hand, I believe that studying at university or collage gives people a good opportunity to have successful career. Firstly, high level education is required in many professions. Doctor as an example, it is impossible to become a doctor without having the relevant degree. Also, she or he has to have very deep knowledge about disease, medicine and others which are related medical problems. As a result, they have a high position on their job, so they can get ultimate high. Secondly, the job fair is becoming increasingly competitive. When it is opened, there are hundreds of job seeker to register.
For the reason mentioned it, I assume that the best route to get a successful career is to finish the university or college education.
