I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with poor quality of your taxi center service.
I am one of your regular travelers that take a taxi for your taxi center to go to my workplace every day. Last day, on 21th on June, I have been wait more than one hour for your taxi. After arrival, I found my driver was not familiar with town, so I had to give him direction.
