Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that how helpful your staff was during our visit on last Saturday.
We came there from China to spend our holidays and we were suggested to visit the tourist attraction which is famous as one of the worth tourism destination to inspect.
We were standing in a long queue to enter the premises but one of the staff members approached to us and let us go in without any delay. He was very knowledgeable and he explained ins and outs of the place. He made us feel extremely pleasant and his sense of humour and ways of describing the place was immensely captivating. We were group of ten and never felt bored. We were looked after well from the beginning to the end of the excursion.
I would like you to convey my heartfelt thanks to him on behalf of me and wish him to be as happy as he was.
Best regards,
Begraj Pudasainee
