Argentina was the most expensive supplier of textile products in both years analyzed, the average price per kilometre of clothing was about 28 ponds in 1993 and 26 pounds in 2003. In contrast, Bangladesh provided the cheapest textile, which was imported for about 3 pounds per kilometre in 1993 and for slightly more than 5 pounds in 2003.
Brazil was the only stable country, which sold clothing for equal price about 23 pounds in 1993 and 2003. On the other hand, China showed the most considerable gain in absolute value of average price, the gap between 1993 and 2003 was about 7 pounds per kilometre of clothing.
