Given are the bar chart contrasting the numbers of males and females enrolling distinct courses at an adult education centre and the proportion of the ages of these courses participants in the year 2009.
Perceptibly, the number of females registering to almost courses was much higher than that of their opposite sex except for the sculpture. Likewise, the rate of the over-50s accounted for by far the largest part of the courses members.
Regarding the volume of the participants, females doubled their opposite sex in the language and the drama with 40 and 20 members respectively while the opposite was true in the sculpture with 10 members. In the painting, there was a less of 5 in males compared to the opposite sex although it ranked first in the figure of males.
According to the percentage of students categorized in ages ranges, the over-50s had by far the highest percentage of participants which was as the same as the sum of the proportion of the 40 to 49-year-olds and the 30 to 39-year-olds with 26 and 16 percent in sequence.This was also true for the people aged 30 to 39 in comparison with the group of 20 to 29 years old and the under-18s with 11 and 5 percent respectively.
