The bar chart below shows the results of a survey conducted by a personnel department at a major company. The survey was carried out on two groups of workers; those aged from 18-30 and those aged 45-60, and shows factors affecting their work perfromance.
The line graph illustrates the factors affecting the work performance of two different age groups.
A perusal of data indicates that three main reason which are responsible for the high performance of adults namely personal development, working environment and promotion prospects.
In terms of team spirit, both the age group contributed equally with 60%. While the numbers exceeded to 80% in personal enhancement for 18-30 aged group as compared to 40 % for 45-60 age people in the same category. Secondly age range of 45-60 individuals motivated by the respect from their colleagues with nearly 45% than 40% of the youngster.
On the contrast, working environment also suits for the young infants for their increasing performance as numbers rose to 100% and below 40% for older people. In respect of promotion prospect, developments for 18-30 aged people soared to 80% while the people aged more than 40 influenced less in this category. On the other hand, there was a small rise for younger people in aspect of huge salary than older ones. However, work environment did not provide any kind of change in both this group.
