Overall, the growth of property prices in Algeria decreased significantly over the period given, while in China there was a dramatic increase. It is also noticeable that in Argentina the changes of property prices fluctuated.
In 2007, the rise of property prices in Algeria started at just over 6%, then it dropped every year to reach a low of less than half of its original number in 2010. In contrast, the changes in property prices in China began at 2% in 2007, after which the figure rose continuously to reach a peak of approximately 7% in the final year, which was the biggest percentage growth among other countries.
With regard to Argentina's property growth rate, at the beginning of the period, it was just over 3% and went up to about 5% in the following year. The figure dropped steeply to roughly 1.2% in 2009 before climbing to almost 2.3% in 2010.
