The illustrations reveal the steps in the production of bricks. It consists of 7 steps that starts from collection of raw materials up to the delivery of end product.
Clay which is used in the production of bricks is gathered initially by backhoes and this raw material is transferred to a metal grid that separates it from unwanted debris. The refined clay goes to a roller and is afterwards combined with sand and water; the resulting mixture is moulded by either moulding trays or through wire cutter.
Next the moulded bricks are transferred into a chamber and are left for 1 to 2 days until they are dry. The dried moulded bricks are subsequently put in a kiln - first in a moderate temperature with 200 to 980 degrees celsius and then into high temperature with 870 to 1300 degrees celsius. After the heating process, the bricks are cooled, and in 2 to 3 days the bricks are now ready for packaging. The packaged bricks are then delivered by trucks to various sales outlet.
