National and international telephone calls were around 38 million minutes in 1995, which showed a gradually inclined to 50 million minutes in 1999 and reached the highest of 60 million minutes in 2002. On the other hand, mobile calls in UK were lowest of around 2 million minutes in 1995 but, increased throughout the years to 20 million minutes and 40 million minutes in 2000 and 2002 respectively.
