The given line graph indicates the top eight popular destinations for British couples who recently got married in 2010. As can be seen from the graph, Thailand attracted the largest number of respondents looking for their honeymoon places while The Lake District was the least common option in the year surveyed.
Looking at the details, Thailand headed the list with 1,410 newly-wed couples regarding it as their dream honeymoon destination. This was followed by Bali, which captured the attention of 1,335 honeymooners. 750 couples of those surveyed indicated that they took interest in heading their journey in Costa Rica, compared with the lower figure standing at 600 for The Maldives.
The data of newly-married couples spending their honeymoon in The Greek Islands was roughly twice as high as that of Paris whose figure was 209 in the year 2010. The bottom of the list witnessed the presence of Spain and The Lake district, with 140 and 126 couples respectively.
