Today, a company is because of its employees. employees and management are the pillars of the company. Company goodwill and success is dependent on the employees. Companies top level management authorities should take employees suggestions or ideas because they are the only one who implements the planning and take out the conclusion. In the further paragraph, thus we will discuss the advantages of the employee's suggestions or ideas should take by company top-level authorities.
Firstly, employees should be added in the decision making it will benefit both employees and company. Employee suggestions matter it gives motivation and self-confidence. When employees get motivated it helps to increase the productivity and change the attitude. It gives the employee to think out of the box. It also saves money the company should not have to hire consultation to take a suggestions or idea they will get them in the firm only. It exemplifies, that top authorities should take employees suggestions and ideas to give the importance to the employees and they will give their best.
Secondly, it shows the hard work of the employee. It helps the company to think about the promotion and increase in the fair of the employees by which they will be like important to the firm. For example in the current firm, there is a suggestion box everyone has authorities to give a suggestion on any kind issue or decision. It helps to increase the trust of the employee. It generates to do hard –work and use of their knowledge. Furthermore, they implement the project employee’s depth understanding and reach out an effective solution
