Above flow chart shows the step by step process of how bricks are manufactured and delivered for the building industry.
Firstly, the clay is dug from the land using a massive digger and then it is rolled using a metal grid and a roller. Then, the output is mixed with sand and water and made ready to cut in to brick pieces.
There are two different methods used for cutting the bricks in to pieces. One is cutting using wire cutter and the other method is using moulds.
Next step is to put the cut brick pieces in to drying oven for 24 to 48 hours in order to get them harden. The brick pieces will be dried using various levels of temperatures such as moderate and high. After that, bricks will be kept in cooling chamber for another 48 to 72 hours. Then the packaging is done and completed packages will be delivered to relevant places.
