The following picture describes how to produce bricks and deliver to construction industry.
There are 7 steps, starting with digging the clay and ending with delivery.
The process begins with digging the clay by diggers. Then rollers move after metal gridding to add some ingredients such as sand and water. Subsequently, bricks are shaped by pressing in moulds or cutting by wires from a long crude string. At the end of this step, wet bricks are brought to a huge oven to dry.
Drying stage often takes about 24 to 48 hours to finish. Bricks are then kilned through 2 level of temperature: (200-980◦C) and high one (870-1300◦C). The last step of making bricks is to cool products in the cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Before delivery to consumed places, packages with the same number of bricks are wrapped up completely.
