The diagram explains about how the brick is produced for utilizing in construction of structures.

Overall, the procedure starts with digging clay from earth and finishing with delivering the brick where there is requirement.

Firstly the manufacturing takes off with excavating the clay from earth. After then it is send to rolling process when it is finished metal grid, later it is mixed with sand and water. Sequentially obtained material is filled out in moulds, the excesses part is separated by using wire cutter. Next these soft bricks are placed in an oven for 24 to 28 hours.

Later bricks are shifted to klin, here the process takes place in three stages. First temperature is adjusted to moderate condition (200 to 980 degrees). In second stage it is raised to a value of 870 to 1300 degree celcius.
There after the bricks are placed in cooling chamber around 48 to 72 hours. Afterwards they are ready for packing and finally they can be handed out for delivery.
